Primary Functions
- Draft, edit, and proofread highly engaging, accurate, and inclusive job descriptions that reflect our company culture and appeal to a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition partners to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and the key selling points of each position.

- Perform A/B testing on job titles, descriptions, and posting strategies to identify which variables most effectively attract qualified applicants.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of all active job postings, tracking key metrics such as view-to-apply rates, applicant quality, source of hire, and time-to-fill.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of job description templates and best practice guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across the organization.
- Generate regular, insightful reports and dashboards for stakeholders, translating raw data into actionable recommendations for improving recruitment marketing efforts.
- Stay current with industry trends, new job board technologies, and innovative sourcing techniques to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.
- Audit existing job postings for compliance with legal requirements (e.g., EEO, OFCCP) and internal standards for branding and tone of voice.
- Partner with the marketing and communications teams to align job posting language and employer branding messaging across all external-facing content.
- Manage relationships and contracts with job board vendors, evaluating their performance and making recommendations for the annual recruitment advertising budget.

- Review and refine job qualification criteria to eliminate potential bias and broaden the appeal to candidates from underrepresented backgrounds.
