Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Craft, edit, and meticulously proofread compelling, inclusive, and brand-aligned job descriptions that attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel job posting strategy to maximize the visibility and effectiveness of our open roles across our career site, LinkedIn, Indeed, and various niche job boards.
- Implement and manage SEO best practices for all job postings to improve organic search rankings on Google for Jobs and other search engines.
- Analyze job posting performance, utilizing key metrics such as view-to-apply rates, source of hire, and cost-per-application to measure ROI and inform future strategies.
- Conduct regular A/B testing on job titles, descriptions, calls-to-action, and posting times to continually optimize for candidate conversion.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements, team culture, and key selling points, translating them into persuasive content.
- Act as the primary administrator for our job board accounts, managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and fostering strong relationships with vendor partners.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of job description templates, style guides, and best-practice documentation for the entire talent acquisition team.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new and innovative job boards, social media platforms, and advertising channels to reach passive and active candidates.
- Ensure all external-facing job content is infused with our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and accurately reflects our company culture and values.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to job posting effectiveness, providing actionable insights and regular updates to leadership.
- Design and deliver training sessions for recruiters and hiring managers on the art and science of writing effective and legally compliant job descriptions.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy of all job postings and templates within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and manage targeted recruitment marketing campaigns for high-priority or hard-to-fill positions, leveraging paid and organic channels.
- Perform regular audits of all live job postings to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and other relevant legal standards.
- Partner with the Employer Brand team to align job posting content with broader talent attraction campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and job board algorithm changes to ensure our posting strategy remains cutting-edge and effective.
- Manage automated job wrapping and XML feed integrations, troubleshooting any issues to ensure seamless distribution to partner sites.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives by using inclusive language tools and strategies to mitigate bias in all job descriptions.
- Act as the subject matter expert on all things related to job content, providing guidance and support across the organization.
