  • Collaborate closely with content, product, and marketing teams, providing the empirical data needed to create authoritative articles, career guides, and innovative product features.

  • Participate in the full lifecycle of survey research, from instrument design and distribution to the statistical analysis of qualitative and quantitative responses.
  • Translate complex data patterns and statistical findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives that resonate with non-technical audiences.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and data sources that can enhance the team's research capabilities and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies
