Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conduct high-energy and engaging in-store product demonstrations to drive trial and educate consumers on product benefits, ingredients, and brand values.
- Actively approach and interact with consumers in retail environments to generate excitement and increase brand awareness for our juice products.
- Master and articulate key talking points, including brand story, product features, and nutritional information, to effectively answer customer questions.
- Achieve and exceed specific sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set for each demonstration, event, or retail shift.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with retail store managers, department leads, and staff to secure prime demonstration locations and gain their support.
- Set up and break down promotional demonstration tables, ensuring the area is visually appealing, well-stocked, and impeccably clean at all times.
- Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically at various field marketing events, including trade shows, community festivals, fitness expos, and farmer's markets.
- Distribute product samples, coupons, and other marketing collateral to create a direct path to purchase for interested consumers.
- Gather and report valuable consumer feedback, questions, and demographic insights to the marketing and sales teams to inform future strategy.
- Complete and submit detailed event recaps and sales reports in a timely manner using company-provided software or mobile applications.
- Meticulously manage and track inventory of product samples, marketing materials, and demonstration equipment for all assigned events.
- Ensure proper product handling and temperature control during transport and at demonstration sites to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Proactively identify and communicate new opportunities for brand exposure and partnerships within your assigned territory.
- Conduct regular retail store checks to monitor product placement, shelf presence, and pricing, reporting any inconsistencies.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new brand ambassadors, sharing best practices and techniques for successful demonstrations.
- Utilize social media platforms during events, when appropriate, to post approved content and amplify brand presence online.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of consumer interactions and event setups for use in internal reports and marketing materials.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences related to the health and wellness beverage market.
- Effectively manage a personal event schedule, confirming shifts, and coordinating logistics to ensure punctual and reliable attendance.
- Embody the brand's core values and culture in every interaction, acting as a true and trustworthy advocate for the juice products.
