Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Enthusiastically greet all customers upon entry and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere to foster positive guest relations.
  • Accurately take customer orders, answer questions about the menu with expertise, and provide thoughtful recommendations based on nutritional preferences or goals.
  • Proficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions, including cash handling, credit card payments, and loyalty program redemptions.
  • Prepare a variety of menu items including fresh juices, smoothies, bowls, and shots, following proprietary recipes with precision and consistency.
  • Wash, chop, and prep a wide range of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients in accordance with food safety standards.
  • Operate commercial-grade equipment such as juicers, blenders, and food processors safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, including the front counter, beverage preparation area, and customer seating zones, throughout the entire shift.
  • Monitor inventory levels for all produce, dry goods, and paper products, and communicate restocking needs to the shift lead or manager.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and the team.
  • Manage customer flow during peak hours, multitasking effectively to minimize wait times while maintaining high-quality service and product standards.
  • Educate customers on the health benefits of various ingredients, superfoods, and menu combinations, acting as a knowledgeable wellness resource.
  • Handle and pack online, delivery, and catering orders with accuracy and care, ensuring they are ready for pickup on time.
  • Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning of equipment, washing dishes, mopping floors, and sanitizing all surfaces.
  • Restock the grab-and-go cooler, merchandise shelves, and ingredient stations to ensure they are full, organized, and visually appealing.

Secondary Functions

  • Assist with opening and closing procedures for the store, including cash drawer reconciliation, equipment setup, and securing the premises.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, contributing ideas for improving customer service, efficiency, and store morale.
