Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Meticulously review and verify thousands of online juror applications, cross-referencing demographic data, written attestations, and personal statements to ensure absolute accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct in-depth quality control checks on juror profiles, using both automated tools and manual review to identify and disqualify individuals who do not meet stringent project-specific criteria.
- Proactively monitor juror databases and live project activity for red flags, inconsistencies, and patterns of fraudulent behavior to maintain the highest level of panel integrity.
- Execute comprehensive background and social media checks on potential jurors in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines to uncover potential biases or conflicts of interest.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for potential and confirmed jurors, professionally and discreetly handling inquiries, resolving payment issues, and communicating project details and expectations.
- Analyze juror survey responses and demographic profiles to ensure the final empaneled group accurately reflects the required composition for each unique legal case or mock trial.
- Identify and flag "professional" or repetitive jurors who may compromise the authenticity of the research, implementing measures to exclude them from future participation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of case-specific recruitment parameters, including geographic, demographic, and experiential requirements, to build highly targeted panels.
- Collaborate closely with Case Managers and Litigation Consultants to understand their needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress and panel quality metrics.
- Maintain and meticulously document all juror communications, quality checks, and decisions within our CRM and proprietary database systems for audit and reporting purposes.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies reported by internal teams or automated systems, performing root cause analysis to prevent future quality issues.
- Generate and present detailed reports on panel quality, recruitment funnels, and juror behavior to senior management and the consulting team.
Recruitment & Vetting
- Develop and refine juror screening questionnaires to more effectively capture relevant attitudes, experiences, and potential biases related to specific case facts.
- Manage the juror confirmation and scheduling process, ensuring high attendance rates and clear communication of logistical details for both online and in-person projects.
- Implement advanced fraud detection protocols, including IP address verification, digital fingerprinting, and behavioral analysis, to safeguard against sophisticated fraudulent applicants.
- Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive case materials and juror personal identifiable information (PII) with an unwavering commitment to security protocols.
- Continuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes and workflows to increase efficiency and the overall effectiveness of our juror vetting system.
- Assist in testing new software features and data quality tools, providing valuable feedback to the product and engineering teams.
