Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments of justice systems, including policing practices, court case processing, and correctional operations, to identify systemic inefficiencies and areas of inequity.
Design and lead the implementation of evidence-based strategies, policies, and programs aimed at reducing incarceration, addressing racial and ethnic disparities, and enhancing community safety.
