Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Collect, clean, and validate case-level and administrative data from multiple justice systems (court case management systems, probation records, electronic filing systems) to produce reliable datasets for operational analysis and program evaluation.
  • Design and execute quantitative analyses that measure caseflow, case disposition timelines, recidivism indicators, and compliance with statutory or policy benchmarks using SQL, Excel, R, or Python.

  • Prepare data-driven briefing memos, slide decks, and written reports that summarize analysis, policy implications, and recommended operational improvements for management and cross-functional teams.

  • Support cost-benefit and resource allocation analyses to inform staffing models, scheduling, and program expansion decisions using time-series analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of multi-stakeholder meetings, court calendars, and program touchpoints to ensure alignment between operational improvements and client-facing services.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by running root-cause analyses (e.g., 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams) on repeat operational issues and proposing actionable, measurable interventions.
  • Conduct outreach and information sessions with community-based organizations and service providers to improve referral pathways, data sharing agreements, and coordinated service delivery for justice-involved individuals.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
