Primary Functions

  • Act as the primary administrative liaison for the supervisor, managing complex schedules, coordinating appointments, and preparing materials for meetings, hearings, and case reviews.

  • Process and track invoices, expense reports, and departmental procurement requests, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines and financial policies.
  • Support the supervisor in monitoring staff or client compliance with program rules, treatment plans, and conditions of supervision or release.
  • Prepare statistical reports and data summaries on caseloads, program outcomes, and departmental performance metrics for internal review and external reporting.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant laws, court procedures, and departmental policies to effectively answer questions and guide procedural inquiries.
