Primary Functions
- Precisely measure installation areas and layout cabinet positions on walls and floors using laser levels and chalk lines to ensure perfect alignment.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, architectural drawings, and work orders to understand project scope, layout, and specific client requirements.
- Expertly install a wide range of kitchen and bath cabinetry, including base, wall, tall, and vanity cabinets, ensuring they are perfectly level, plumb, and securely anchored.
- Perform high-quality finish carpentry, including the precise cutting and installation of crown molding, light rail, scribe molding, and decorative trim.
- Skillfully fit and install fillers, toe kicks, and end panels, scribing to uneven walls and floors for a seamless, built-in appearance.
- Mount and adjust cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and all functional hardware such as hinges, slides, and soft-close mechanisms to ensure flawless operation.
- Install decorative hardware, including handles, knobs, and pulls, with meticulous attention to placement and alignment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex on-site installation challenges, making necessary adjustments and modifications to cabinetry to overcome site-specific issues.
- Communicate professionally and proactively with homeowners, project managers, and designers to provide progress updates and address any questions or concerns.

- Carefully load, unload, and transport cabinetry and materials, ensuring they are handled with care to prevent any damage prior to installation.
- Verify the accuracy and condition of all delivered materials, cabinets, and hardware against the project order sheet before beginning installation.
