Primary Functions

Help troubleshoot fit issues, cabinet alignment problems and drawer/door operation defects; make minor repairs or adjustments and flag complex issues for senior technician intervention.
Support inventory control by labeling parts, tagging hardware, and reporting missing or surplus materials to the shop or warehouse to prevent installation delays.
