Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Carefully load and unload cabinetry, countertops, and all related materials from transport vehicles, ensuring no damage occurs during handling.
Accurately interpret and work from detailed blueprints, architectural drawings, and shop plans to ensure the installation matches the approved design specifications.
Prepare the installation site by taking precise measurements, verifying dimensions, and ensuring walls and floors are level and plumb for a perfect fit.
Expertly install base and wall cabinets, ensuring they are securely fastened to the wall structure, perfectly level, and aligned with each other.
Perform high-precision scribing of filler strips, side panels, and molding to create a seamless, custom-fit appearance against uneven walls and ceilings.
Install and adjust various cabinet components, including shelves, drawers, and pull-out mechanisms, ensuring smooth and proper operation.
Fit and install decorative elements such as crown molding, light valances, toe-kicks, and plinths to complete the kitchen's aesthetic.
Precisely cut and install countertops, including making accurate cut-outs for sinks, faucets, and cooktops using appropriate tools like jigsaws and routers.
Mount and secure all cabinet and drawer hardware, including handles, knobs, and pulls, ensuring consistent placement and alignment across the entire kitchen.
