Primary Functions
- Guide clients through the entire sales and design journey, from the initial showroom consultation and needs assessment to the final project sign-off, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

- Actively listen to client needs, wants, and concerns, asking insightful questions to uncover underlying motivations and ensure the final design truly reflects their personal vision and lifestyle.
- Maintain an expert-level knowledge of our complete product portfolio, including cabinetry lines, countertop materials, hardware, appliances, and accessories, as well as emerging industry trends.
- Proactively manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels, including website inquiries, showroom walk-ins, professional referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, contractors, builders, and interior designers to foster repeat business and cultivate a robust referral network.
- Manage the sales pipeline and client interactions effectively using CRM software, meticulously tracking communications, project progress, and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, installation crews, and vendors to ensure accurate order processing and facilitate a smooth transition from the point of sale to project execution.
- Address and resolve any client issues, questions, or concerns that arise during the design, sales, or installation phases with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
