Primary Functions

- Assist clients with the selection of materials, finishes, and fixtures, including cabinetry, countertops, hardware, flooring, and appliances, by providing product information and samples.
- Proactively follow up with prospective and current clients to answer questions, provide additional information, and guide them through the decision-making process to help close sales.
- Process customer orders, special orders, and payments accurately and efficiently using the company’s Point of Sale (POS) and CRM systems.
- Address and resolve customer service issues or concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex problems to the Kitchen Specialist or management when necessary.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's full range of kitchen products, including features, benefits, pricing, and warranty information, through continuous training and research.
- Ensure the kitchen design center and showroom are kept clean, organized, and visually appealing, with all displays and sample areas properly maintained and up-to-date.
- Conduct final verification of design plans and order details to ensure technical accuracy and compatibility of all components before orders are placed with manufacturers.
- Coordinate the ordering and tracking of product samples for clients and ensure the sample library is well-organized and stocked.
- Assist in planning and executing in-store promotional events, workshops, and marketing initiatives aimed at driving traffic and generating new kitchen project leads.
- Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any final touch-up or warranty items, fostering long-term relationships.
- Support the achievement of team and individual sales targets by contributing to a positive, efficient, and customer-centric sales environment.
- Prepare and assemble comprehensive design presentation packages for client meetings, including mood boards, material samples, and printed design renderings.
- Check inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain or warehouse teams to confirm product availability and lead times for project planning.
