Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Assist the lead culinary team in the comprehensive development, testing, and refinement of new and existing recipes for marketing, packaging, and digital platforms.
- Execute standardized testing protocols on kitchen appliances and cookware to evaluate performance, consistency, safety, and overall user experience.
- Meticulously document all test procedures, observations, and outcomes, generating detailed reports with actionable insights for the engineering and product teams.

- Maintain the test kitchen to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety, adhering to all food handling and sanitation regulations (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe).
- Manage the inventory of all perishable and non-perishable ingredients, including sourcing, receiving, proper storage, and diligent stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly support to internal teams or external clients regarding product features, cooking techniques, and recipe execution.
- Research and present findings on current culinary trends, emerging ingredients, competitor activities, and new cooking technologies to foster innovation.
- Prepare and present food samples for internal sensory evaluation panels and key stakeholder reviews, accurately capturing and compiling qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Calibrate, clean, and perform routine maintenance on a wide array of kitchen equipment to ensure it functions correctly and safely for all testing procedures.
