Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Territory Sales & Account Growth: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new points of distribution within a designated territory, targeting grocery stores, cafes, fitness studios, corporate offices, and other strategic retail partners.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing accounts, including store managers, buyers, and department heads, to ensure premium placement, consistent reorders, and collaborative partnerships.
- Route & Delivery Execution: Efficiently manage a dedicated delivery route, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional delivery of kombucha products according to a predetermined schedule and customer needs.
- In-Store Merchandising Excellence: Optimize in-store product placement by securing and maintaining prime shelf space, cold box locations, and secondary displays to maximize visibility, accessibility, and drive impulse purchases.
- Inventory Management & Rotation: Ensure all products are properly rotated using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method on shelves and in backstock to maintain product freshness, uphold quality standards, and minimize spoilage.
- Sales Goal Attainment: Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, volume goals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) set by sales leadership.

- POS & Marketing Material Placement: Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) marketing materials, such as shelf talkers, case stackers, posters, and cooler clings, to enhance brand presence and support promotional activities.
- Market Intelligence Gathering: Monitor and report on competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies within your territory to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
