Primary Functions

  • Cultivate strong working relationships with other department heads (e.g., Housekeeping, F&B, Nursing) to understand their needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle and resolve any complaints or issues related to laundry services from other departments or guests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Implement and manage a system for tracking and processing guest laundry, ensuring accurate billing and timely return of items.
  • Stay current with new technologies, techniques, and trends in the laundry and textile care industry to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
