Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Manage a full docket of litigation matters or transactional files, including client intake, fact investigation, evidence collection, pleadings, motions, discovery, trial or closing preparation, and post-resolution follow-up to secure favorable outcomes and minimize client exposure.
