Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and meticulously document complex business needs and functional requirements.
- Translate abstract business requirements into clear, detailed, and unambiguous technical specifications, user stories, and functional design documents for development and engineering teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and system functionalities throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Design and conceptualize new systems and modifications to existing systems, creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and stakeholders.
