Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Spearhead the collaborative development, implementation, and evaluation of a robust, engaging, and standards-aligned curriculum for the grade level or department.
  • Provide direct mentorship, coaching, and instructional support to a team of teachers, offering constructive feedback and guidance to enhance their teaching practice.
