Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Spearhead and facilitate high-impact Kaizen events and rapid improvement workshops, guiding cross-functional teams from complex problem identification through to the implementation and sustainment of effective countermeasures.
- Lead the creation of detailed current and future state Value Stream Maps (VSM) for end-to-end business processes, meticulously identifying all forms of waste (Muda) and pinpointing critical opportunities for flow improvement.

- Drive the practical application of 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to create highly organized, safe, and efficient work environments that serve as the foundation for all other improvement activities.
- Lead change management initiatives associated with Lean transformations, developing communication plans, engaging stakeholders, and addressing resistance to ensure successful adoption of new processes and mindsets.
- Evaluate and integrate appropriate technologies and automation solutions that align with Lean principles, ensuring they enhance flow and add value rather than creating new forms of waste.

- Facilitate Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) sessions to proactively identify potential process failures, assess their impact, and implement preventative measures to enhance reliability and quality.
- Champion a customer-centric perspective in all process design activities, ensuring that every improvement is directly linked to enhancing value as defined by the end customer.
