Primary Functions
- Lead and execute complex, high-impact process improvement projects using the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) DMAIC framework, from project chartering and scoping through to implementation and control.

- Design, implement, and monitor robust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and process dashboards to track the performance and health of critical business processes.

- Analyze Voice of the Customer (VOC) data, including surveys, feedback, and complaints, to identify Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) characteristics that drive project selection.
- Lead Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) sessions to proactively identify potential risks in processes and products and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations through structured communication plans, regular progress updates, and adeptly navigating organizational dynamics.
- Conduct process audits and gemba walks (go and see) to gain firsthand understanding of current challenges and verify the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Research and benchmark industry best practices in operational excellence to introduce innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide expert consultation to departmental leaders on tackling specific operational challenges and identifying opportunities for targeted improvement efforts.
- Prepare and maintain thorough project documentation, including tollgate reviews, data analysis summaries, final reports, and lessons learned.
