Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Manage the end-to-end logistics for all instructor-led (ILT) and virtual instructor-led (vILT) training sessions, including complex calendar management, facilitator coordination, and participant communications.
- Administer the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS), including creating courses and curricula, managing user enrollments, troubleshooting user issues, and pulling comprehensive completion and activity reports.
- Act as the primary, friendly point of contact for all learning-related inquiries from employees, providing exceptional customer service and timely support for all training programs.
- Coordinate the production, printing, and distribution of physical and digital training materials, such as workbooks, job aids, and pre-work, ensuring facilitators and participants have what they need for a successful session.
- Schedule and manage the full lifecycle of complex, multi-day training programs and leadership development initiatives, including venue booking, catering, travel arrangements, and technology setup.
- Meticulously maintain and update the master training calendar, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to key stakeholders across the organization.
- Track and analyze key learning metrics, preparing regular dashboards and reports on training effectiveness, attendance, cost-per-hire, and ROI for L&D leadership and business partners.
- Process and manage vendor contracts and invoices, track the L&D budget against actual spend, and assist with financial forecasting for upcoming training programs.
- Support the corporate onboarding process by coordinating new hire training schedules, enrolling new employees in required learning, and ensuring a seamless learning experience from day one.
- Own and manage communications for learning programs, including drafting announcement emails, creating promotional materials on the intranet, and sending reminders and post-session follow-ups.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to support the development of e-learning content, including proofreading, quality assurance testing, and uploading final course packages to the LMS.
- Oversee the logistics for external training opportunities, including managing registrations for conferences, webinars, and professional certification programs for employees.
- Administer and collate feedback from training evaluation surveys (e.g., Kirkpatrick Level 1 and 2) to provide actionable insights for continuous program improvement.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all training activities and employee learning histories within the LMS and other designated HR systems for compliance and reporting.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and department leaders to understand specific team training needs and assist in coordinating appropriate and timely learning solutions.
Secondary Functions
- Assist in the selection and ongoing management of external training vendors, facilitators, and content providers, maintaining a database of preferred partners.
- Support the creation and maintenance of a centralized repository of learning resources and documentation on the company intranet or a platform like SharePoint/Confluence.

- Participate in special projects related to talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development as assigned.
