Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Deliver dynamic and engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning programs to employees at all levels, both in-person and through virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Webex).
- Facilitate a wide range of content, including new hire onboarding, leadership development, professional skills, technical skills, and compliance training.
- Adapt facilitation style and training materials in real-time to meet the needs of diverse audiences and learning preferences.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to design, develop, and refine engaging learning content, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and presentations.
- Manage all aspects of the learning environment to ensure a positive, inclusive, and effective experience for all participants.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, including interactive exercises, case studies, role-playing, and group discussions to enhance learning and retention.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs by administering and analyzing participant feedback, surveys, and post-training evaluations (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model).
- Partner with business leaders and HR partners to conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and key learning opportunities.
- Act as a performance consultant and coach to individuals and teams, providing guidance and support for their ongoing development.
- Manage and maintain courses, enrollments, and reporting within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in adult learning theory and corporate facilitation to continuously improve our L&D offerings.
- Develop and deliver Train-the-Trainer programs to empower internal SMEs and managers to facilitate content effectively.
- Customize and tailor existing training content to meet the specific needs of different departments or regional offices.
- Lead and facilitate team-building activities and strategic offsite meetings to enhance team cohesion and performance.
- Provide logistical oversight for training events, including scheduling, room setup, material preparation, and technology coordination.
Secondary Functions
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal L&D knowledge base and resource library.
- Assist in the marketing and communication of upcoming learning opportunities to drive employee engagement and participation.
- Manage relationships with external training vendors, including sourcing, negotiation, and quality assurance.
- Support the broader talent management team on ad-hoc projects and organizational development initiatives.
- Analyze learning data to generate insights and create reports for stakeholders on training impact and ROI.

Required Skills & Competencies

Educational Background
Minimum Education:
