Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Supervise daily production line operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to schedules.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to line operators and ensure workload balance.
  • Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain workflow.
  • Train, coach, and mentor production team members on operational procedures, safety, and quality standards.
