Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  1. Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the loft, ensuring the space is prepared, organized and presented according to operational standards.
  2. Manage the coordination and execution of loft events, programs and demo experiences, ensuring smooth delivery from planning through follow‑up.
  3. Maintain the overall image, cleanliness and safety of the loft environment to create an inviting and professional guest experience.
  4. Coordinate with vendors, staff and external partners to provide necessary resources, equipment and services for loft operations.
  5. Schedule and supervise loft activities including classes, product demos and facility rentals to align with operational and financial targets.
  6. Prepare food and beverage orders, setup materials and demonstration supplies to meet program requirements and guest expectations.
  7. Develop and maintain operational procedures, checklists and safety compliance for daily loft functions.
  8. Respond promptly to inquiries from customers, guests or internal teams regarding loft activities, bookings and operational details.
  9. Track loft calendars, event schedules and resource allocations to ensure organized execution of activities and minimize conflicts.
  10. Assist visiting instructors, demonstrators or facilitators with prep work, customer interactions and follow‑up communications.
  11. Monitor inventory of supplies, equipment and promotional materials, ordering replacements and managing storage as needed.
  12. Develop and enforce compliance with health, food safety and facility regulations relevant to loft operations.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote loft events and increase visibility and attendance.
  14. Capture and report daily operational metrics, customer feedback and event participation data to support continuous improvement.
  15. Serve as loft ambassador by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and cultivating positive guest relations.
  16. Host community or corporate events in the loft space, managing setup, guest flow and clean‑up activities.
  17. Maintain loft calendars and booking systems, ensuring accurate scheduling and conflict resolution.
  18. Manage loft administrative tasks including documentation, billing, invoicing and reporting to supervisors.
  19. Provide training and guidance to loft assistants, volunteers or part‑time staff supporting the loft.
  20. Identify opportunities to improve loft operations, event flow and guest satisfaction through innovation and feedback loops.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
