Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Manage the entire lifecycle of complex logistics and supply chain projects, from initial concept and business case development through to final implementation, stabilization, and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and required resources in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.

- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams comprised of members from logistics, warehousing, IT, finance, procurement, and external vendors.
