Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and long-term roadmap for all online lottery games, features, and platform enhancements.
  • Assume full P&L ownership for the lottery vertical, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and implementing strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Manage the end-to-end lottery product lifecycle, from initial concept and market research through to launch, post-launch analysis, and continuous iteration.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), player acquisition, activity rates, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, and acquisition teams to design and implement effective promotional campaigns, bonus structures, and player retention programs.
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, new game opportunities, and potential threats, ensuring the lottery offering remains best-in-class.
  • Lead the relationship management with third-party lottery game suppliers, technology providers, and platform partners, negotiating commercial terms and ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
  • Ensure all lottery operations, games, and marketing initiatives are in full compliance with relevant gaming regulations, licensing requirements, and responsible gaming policies.
  • Work directly with UX/UI design and development teams to create a seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experience for lottery players across web and mobile platforms.
  • Drive the development of new lottery game concepts, prize structures, and jackpot mechanics, creating detailed business cases and product requirement documents.
  • Analyze player data and behavioral segmentation to personalize the customer journey, delivering targeted offers, communications, and tailored game recommendations.
  • Manage and optimize the complete lottery game portfolio, overseeing game positioning, lobby management, and the strategic introduction and phasing out of titles.
  • Act as the primary stakeholder and subject matter expert for the lottery product, providing clear guidance and direction to cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, strategic updates, and in-depth business reviews to senior management and executive leadership.
