Primary Functions

- Communicate directly with customers to explain the nature of the damage, outline the required repairs, provide cost estimates, and set realistic timelines for completion.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of different luggage brands, materials (e.g., polycarbonate, ABS, ballistic nylon, leather), and construction techniques.
- Accurately identify, source, and order necessary replacement parts from a network of suppliers, ensuring component compatibility and managing inventory for common items.
- Perform final quality control checks on all repaired items to guarantee that they meet stringent brand standards and are safe and functional for the customer.
- Manage the personal workshop or bay area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and safe, with all tools and equipment properly maintained and stored.
