Primary Functions

- Manage relationships with and the performance of third-party contractors and service providers, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate closely with the Production and Engineering departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize operational disruptions and to provide input on capital projects.
- Analyze maintenance KPIs and operational data to identify trends, report on department performance, and drive strategic continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new maintenance technologies and methodologies (e.g., IIoT sensors, advanced analytics) to enhance diagnostic capabilities and efficiency.
- Ensure the mechanical and electrical integrity of all plant assets, from production machinery to utility systems like boilers, compressors, and HVAC.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for all critical maintenance tasks.
