Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Assist senior management in developing and implementing strategic business plans and forward-thinking initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, growth opportunities, and potential threats.
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of key projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, using agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Analyze complex business and financial datasets to extract actionable insights, create performance dashboards, and prepare detailed reports for executive review.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Sales, and HR to ensure strategic alignment and successful project delivery.
- Actively participate in the evaluation and optimization of internal processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, memos, and communication materials for a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize, attend, and contribute to high-level meetings, which includes preparing agendas, taking detailed minutes, and diligently tracking action items to ensure follow-through.
- Assist in financial modeling, budget tracking, and variance analysis to support sound financial decision-making and resource allocation.
- Contribute to the creation of robust business cases and formal proposals for new products, services, or potential market entries.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across various departments to measure progress against strategic goals.

- Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, team-building workshops, and company-wide all-hands meetings.
- Perform ad-hoc data requests and exploratory data analysis to provide quick-turnaround insights for various business units.

Required Skills & Competencies
