Primary Functions
- Define and own the product vision, multi-quarter roadmap, and strategic priorities for the product area, aligning product initiatives to company objectives, OKRs, and key business metrics such as ARR, retention, and engagement.

- Prioritize and balance short-term customer requests, revenue-driving features, and long-term strategic bets by applying frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or value vs. effort analyses.
- Establish and run efficient product processes (roadmapping cadence, OKR planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning, release retrospectives) and ensure alignment across global teams and stakeholders.
- Create clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user journeys, acceptance criteria, and measurable success criteria that provide engineering and design teams with actionable guidance.

- Act as the product evangelist both internally and externally—educating sales and customer success teams, capturing customer testimonials, and representing the product at conferences and customer meetings.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and scale (process automation, self-service tooling, onboarding flows) to reduce cost-to-serve and improve customer satisfaction.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to reduce churn and increase expansion by identifying friction points in the funnel and partnering with growth, retention, and customer success teams on coordinated experiments.
