Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Coordinate the planning, execution and optimization of cross-channel marketing campaigns (email, display, paid social, search, and content programs), ensuring timelines, budgets and creative assets are delivered on schedule and aligned with sales objectives.
  • Manage the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) daily: enter and maintain leads, update contact records, manage lead scoring and routing rules, troubleshoot syncs between marketing automation and CRM, and ensure data hygiene and segmentation accuracy.
  • Execute lead-generation and lead-nurture programs, including list builds, targeted email workflows, lead scoring logic, and handoff processes to Sales for rapid follow-up.
  • Produce weekly and monthly sales and marketing performance reports and dashboards (pipeline contribution, lead-to-opportunity conversion, campaign ROI, CAC, LTV indicators), using Excel, Google Sheets, Looker/Tableau, or native analytics to inform tactical adjustments.
  • Support the sales team with timely sales enablement: create and update pitch decks, one-pagers, product sheets, pricing summaries and tailored proposal templates to accelerate deal progression.
  • Coordinate event logistics and trade show activities — booth bookings, shipping, collateral management, lead capture workflows, onsite staffing coordination, and post-event lead follow-up and reporting.
  • Serve as the project manager for content production: brief writers and designers, manage content calendars, approve proofs for email/landing pages, and ensure SEO best practices and brand consistency across materials.
  • Manage email marketing programs end-to-end: build campaigns in Mailchimp/Marketo/HubSpot, perform A/B tests, monitor deliverability and engagement metrics, and iterate on subject lines and creative based on data.
  • Assist with digital advertising campaigns: set up and monitor Google Ads and Facebook/LinkedIn campaigns, track spend vs. budget, perform basic bid adjustments and audience optimization, and report on ad performance and ROAS.
  • Coordinate product launches and sales promotions across channels, preparing timelines, customer-facing collateral, training materials for sales reps, and communications to partners and customers to ensure a consistent go-to-market execution.
  • Maintain and update company website and landing pages in CMS (WordPress, Drupal or similar), implement tracking pixels, verify analytics goals, and work with developers or vendors for technical changes.
  • Support demand-generation strategy by conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and providing input for organic and paid search prioritization.
  • Assist in pricing proposals, quote generation and order processing; coordinate with Finance and Sales Operations to resolve contract or invoicing issues affecting deals.
  • Monitor customer and prospect feedback from sales conversations and marketing channels, synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for product, messaging and campaign prioritization.
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings (marketing, sales, product) and manage project trackers, sprint backlogs or shared calendars to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables and deadlines.
  • Implement and document repeatable processes and playbooks for lead qualification, campaign launches, and partner/co-marketing activities to improve speed and consistency as the team scales.
  • Support ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives by preparing targeted account lists, coordinating personalized outreach campaigns, and compiling account-level performance reports to measure engagement.
  • Maintain vendor and agency relationships: coordinate briefs, track deliverables, manage invoices and evaluate vendor performance to ensure high-quality, on-budget work.
  • Prepare and present campaign recaps and competitive intelligence to stakeholders, highlighting wins, areas for improvement and prioritized recommendations for next-quarter planning.
  • Assist with customer reference programs and case study development: coordinate interviews, draft copy, liaise with legal for approvals, and prepare collateral for sales enablement.
  • Monitor and report on marketing compliance and brand governance, ensuring all external communications meet company guidelines and legal/regulatory requirements.

Secondary Functions

  • Maintain and improve CRM segmentation and tagging to better support marketing personalization and sales outreach.
  • Run ad hoc data pulls, exploratory analyses and conversion funnel deep-dives to uncover friction points and optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to the marketing technology roadmap by evaluating new tools, documenting use cases and piloting integrations with existing systems.
  • Support competitive analysis updates and market research summaries to inform sales positioning and product messaging.
  • Coordinate internal enablement sessions and demo scheduling for new features or campaigns to keep sales informed and confident in customer conversations.
  • Assist with basic HTML/CSS updates to email templates and landing pages when timely vendor support is unavailable.
  • Help manage marketing and promotional budgets: track spend, reconcile invoices and prepare budget variance reports for managers.
  • Provide occasional customer support hand-offs and follow-up to ensure a seamless experience between pre-sales and post-sales teams.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
