Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social, email, and content channels.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging industry trends, customer behaviors, and key competitor activities to provide actionable insights for strategy refinement.
  • Support the social media strategy by drafting, scheduling, and publishing compelling and on-brand content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media channels and specific campaigns, tracking key metrics like engagement rate, reach, and follower growth.
  • Contribute to the content creation pipeline by writing, editing, and proofreading materials such as blog posts, website copy, email newsletters, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to help develop visual assets for marketing materials, including social media graphics, infographics, ad creatives, and sales collateral.
  • Aid in the planning, logistical coordination, and on-the-ground support for virtual and in-person marketing events, webinars, and industry trade shows.
  • Help manage and update the company's corporate website and blog using a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress, ensuring content is current and optimized.
  • Support email marketing initiatives by assisting in the building, A/B testing, and deployment of email campaigns, and tracking performance via open rates and click-through rates.
  • Perform foundational keyword research and assist with on-page Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tasks to help improve the company's organic search visibility.
  • Assist in the daily management and monitoring of paid digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, helping to track budgets and performance.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various marketing campaigns to create detailed performance reports that highlight key findings and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Maintain and organize marketing databases and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), focusing on data hygiene and list segmentation.
  • Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner to foster positive brand sentiment.
  • Participate actively in team brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for new marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and engaging content formats.
