Primary Functions

  • Develop, implement, and own the company's comprehensive marketing strategy, ensuring it is fully aligned with overarching business objectives and revenue targets.

  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, delivering regular, insightful performance analysis to senior leadership.
  • Spearhead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, encompassing SEO, SEM, PPC, affiliate marketing, social media advertising, and programmatic display.
  • Serve as the primary custodian of the company's brand identity, voice, and messaging, ensuring consistency and integrity across all platforms and communications.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales leadership to develop robust lead generation funnels, create effective sales enablement materials, and ensure seamless MQL-to-SQL handoffs.
  • Direct the management and continuous improvement of the company’s digital properties, including the corporate website, focusing on user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Architect and execute a sophisticated content strategy that builds brand authority, engages target audiences across the buyer's journey, and supports lead nurturing programs.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners, including PR firms, creative agencies, and marketing technology providers.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to build and refine automated workflows, personalize customer journeys, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Champion a data-driven marketing culture by leveraging analytics tools to gain deep insights into customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and attribution modeling.
  • Develop and manage customer lifecycle marketing programs designed to increase customer retention, loyalty, advocacy, and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Oversee the ideation and creation of all marketing and sales collateral, such as case studies, whitepapers, e-books, brochures, and presentation decks.
  • Monitor and manage the brand's online reputation and public perception, implementing strategies to enhance positive sentiment and address feedback.
  • Partner with the product development team to create and execute powerful go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and major feature releases.
