Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely, professional, and knowledgeable support regarding marketing services, campaign status, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and direct mail, ensuring all components are delivered on schedule.
  • Manage and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) database (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client data, lead status, and campaign tracking.
  • Assist in the creation, proofreading, and formatting of marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, newsletters, and website content, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Execute the social media content calendar by scheduling, publishing, and monitoring posts across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, while tracking engagement metrics.
  • Compile and prepare regular marketing performance reports by pulling and organizing data from Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling internal and external meetings, managing complex calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the logistical planning and execution of marketing events, such as webinars, trade shows, and client appreciation events, from venue coordination to attendee communication.
  • Conduct thorough market research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to provide the marketing team with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing department and external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to facilitate project communication and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Manage the inventory of physical and digital marketing materials, ensuring all assets are up-to-date and readily accessible to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Process and track marketing department invoices, purchase orders, and expenses, assisting with budget reconciliation and financial reporting.
  • Update and maintain content on the company website and blog using a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress, ensuring information is current and accurate.
  • Facilitate the internal review and approval workflow for all marketing materials, circulating drafts and compiling feedback to ensure brand compliance and accuracy.
  • Support the sales enablement function by preparing customized sales presentations, organizing pitch decks, and ensuring the sales team has access to the latest marketing tools.
  • Onboard new clients into marketing service programs by gathering necessary assets and information, setting up accounts, and facilitating kickoff meetings.
  • Field, qualify, and route inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns to the appropriate sales representatives, ensuring a smooth handoff.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
