Primary Functions
- Execute the complete assembly of luxury leather goods (handbags, small leather goods) from initial pattern pieces to the final product, ensuring a seamless "table-work" process.

- Maintain a pristine, organized, and safe personal workspace, taking responsibility for the care, calibration, and maintenance of all assigned tools and machinery.
- Participate actively in workshop continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S), suggesting enhancements to processes, tools, or techniques to boost efficiency and quality.
- Select and meticulously inspect raw leather hides and other materials, identifying and flagging any natural defects or inconsistencies that could compromise the final product's quality.
- Perform delicate finishing operations, including final cleaning, polishing hardware, conditioning the leather, and preparing the finished item for final inspection and packaging.
