Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conceptualize, create, and edit engaging content for our primary social media channels, including Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice.
- Actively manage our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner to foster a positive community environment.
- Conduct daily research on emerging social media trends, viral sounds, and industry-specific topics to propose fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across social platforms, helping to compile weekly and monthly reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Provide hands-on support for in-house photo and video shoots, including assisting with setup, capturing behind-the-scenes content, and basic filming.
- Write compelling, SEO-friendly copy for social media captions, blog posts, email newsletters, and website updates that resonates with our target audience.
- Perform regular competitive analysis to benchmark our content performance and identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with the broader marketing and design teams during brainstorming sessions to contribute to integrated campaign strategies.

- Organize and maintain our digital asset management (DAM) system, ensuring all creative assets are properly tagged, archived, and easily accessible.
