Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals, increases brand awareness, and drives user engagement and conversion.
- Create, curate, and manage a detailed and dynamic content calendar for all social media channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice and narrative.
- Oversee the creation and production of engaging multimedia content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, collaborating with creative teams and external agencies.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok, managing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to community feedback and user comments in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and engaged community around the brand.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), utilizing analytics tools to measure the success of media campaigns and provide detailed reports with actionable insights to leadership.
- Conduct in-depth audience and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, refining our strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead and manage the company's influencer marketing strategy, from identifying and vetting potential partners to negotiating contracts and measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure all media content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and optimized for search and user experience across all channels.
- Manage and oversee the company's presence on all relevant social networking sites, including daily monitoring, posting, and content optimization.
