Primary Functions

  • Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven media relations strategies that align with overarching business goals, product launches, and key corporate announcements.

  • Proactively identify and pitch compelling story angles, expert sources, and thought leadership content to targeted media outlets, consistently securing high-impact, positive coverage in top-tier publications and broadcast channels.
  • Craft, edit, and distribute a wide array of high-quality communications materials, including press releases, media advisories, pitch letters, bylined articles, fact sheets, Q&As, and executive briefing documents.
  • Prepare and coach company spokespeople and senior executives for media interviews, speaking engagements, and press conferences, ensuring they are equipped with key messages and prepared for challenging questions.
  • Plan, manage, and execute media-focused events, such as press conferences, product launch briefings, media tours, and editorial roundtables, both virtual and in-person.
  • Act as a key member of the crisis communications team, helping to develop response strategies and manage media interactions during sensitive or high-pressure situations to protect the organization's reputation.
  • Develop and maintain a rich pipeline of compelling customer stories and case studies, securing their participation in media outreach and content creation.
  • Manage the approval process for all external-facing communications, collaborating with legal, product, and executive teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
