Primary Functions
- Translate 2D concept art and design briefs into fully realized, production-ready 3D models, ensuring the translation captures the intended mood, style, and narrative essence.
- Sculpt and model exceptionally detailed high-polygon ("high-poly") assets using digital sculpting software, demonstrating a mastery of form, anatomy, silhouette, and intricate surface details.

- Collaborate proactively with Art Directors and Concept Artists to iterate on designs, ensuring that all models align perfectly with the established visual style guide and creative vision of the project.
- Work closely with Technical Artists and Animators to ensure models meet all technical constraints and deform correctly when rigged and animated, often assisting in the skinning process.
- Integrate 3D assets directly into game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity, setting up materials, shaders, collision volumes, and level of detail (LOD) groups.
- Rigorously test and debug models within the production environment, identifying and resolving issues related to performance, visual artifacts, or pipeline integration.
- Actively participate in art reviews, daily stand-ups, and critique sessions, providing insightful, constructive feedback to peers while being receptive to feedback on your own work.
- Maintain and manage a well-organized library of 3D assets, adhering to strict naming conventions and version control practices to ensure a smooth production pipeline.
