- Proactively troubleshoot technical issues with assays, instrumentation, and workflows, systematically identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Independently prepare and qualify critical reagents, buffers, and master mixes according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring their stability and performance.
- Maintain a detailed and organized inventory of laboratory supplies, reagents, and consumables, anticipating future needs and placing orders to prevent workflow interruptions.
- Uphold the highest standards of laboratory safety, correctly handling biohazardous materials, chemical reagents, and operating equipment in accordance with institutional safety policies.
