Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Conceptualize, storyboard, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for a variety of platforms including social media, websites, and internal communications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Design and produce a wide range of engaging visual assets, such as infographics, brochures, presentations, web banners, and digital advertisements using the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Develop and execute sophisticated motion graphics and animations to enhance video projects, presentations, and web content, effectively bringing static designs to life.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of video production projects, from pre-production planning (scripting, scheduling, location scouting) to on-set production (lighting, audio recording, directing) and post-production (editing, color grading, sound mixing).
  • Administer and maintain the company's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring all media files are properly archived, tagged with relevant metadata, and easily accessible for the broader team.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and product development teams to deeply understand project requirements and translate creative briefs into compelling, on-brand multimedia content.
  • Operate, maintain, and manage an inventory of professional video, audio, and lighting equipment, performing regular checks to ensure it is in optimal working order for all productions.
  • Create and manage a consistent stream of content for the company's social media channels, including producing short-form videos (Reels, Shorts), GIFs, and custom graphics tailored to each platform's best practices.
  • Provide professional photography services for corporate events, employee headshots, and product lifestyle shoots, including post-processing, retouching, and color correction of all images.
  • Design, update, and optimize website graphics, banners, and landing page visuals, applying user experience (UX) principles to ensure a responsive and visually appealing experience.
  • Record, edit, and master high-quality audio for podcasts, video voiceovers, and other multimedia projects, ensuring exceptional clarity and professional sound quality.
  • Stay current with the latest multimedia trends, emerging technologies, and creative software to continuously innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of our digital content.
  • Manage multiple, concurrent multimedia projects from concept through to final delivery, meticulously tracking timelines and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Act as a brand steward, developing and enforcing brand consistency across all multimedia assets to maintain a cohesive and professional visual identity across all channels.
  • Support the production of live-streamed webinars and virtual events by managing the technical setup, camera operation, live switching, and graphics integration for a seamless broadcast experience.
  • Create interactive multimedia elements for e-learning modules and online training materials, working with instructional designers to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Provide expert creative direction and constructive feedback on multimedia projects, guiding internal stakeholders and external vendors toward a unified, high-quality vision.
  • Analyze the performance of multimedia content using platform analytics tools, generating reports with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for future creative strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including freelance videographers, photographers, and stock media providers, to source specialized talent and assets as needed.
  • Develop compelling, narrative-driven storyboards and scripts that effectively communicate key messages and brand stories for video and animation projects.
  • Repurpose and reformat existing long-form content (e.g., webinars, whitepapers) into new micro-content like video clips, infographics, and social media carousels to maximize its reach and impact.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Graphic Design: Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for creating print and digital assets.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Strong capabilities in Adobe After Effects for creating compelling animations, titles, and visual effects.
