Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Perform a comprehensive range of high-quality manicure and pedicure services, including but not limited to classic, French, spa, and gel treatments.
Skillfully apply, maintain, and remove various types of artificial nail enhancements, such as acrylics, hard gels, dip powders, and soft gel extensions (e.g., Gel-X).
Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle to recommend suitable nail services, colors, and treatments.
Create custom and intricate nail art using various techniques, including freehand painting, stamping, airbrushing, and the application of gems, foils, and other embellishments.
Maintain a steadfast commitment to salon and state board sanitation and sterilization standards, including cleaning and disinfecting all tools, equipment, and workstations between clients.
Provide relaxing hand, arm, and foot massages as part of manicure and pedicure services to enhance the client experience.
Educate clients on proper at-home nail care, recommending aftercare routines and professional retail products to maintain the health and appearance of their nails.
Assess the condition of clients' nails, skin, and cuticles, identifying any potential issues and advising them on appropriate care or when to seek medical advice.
Build and nurture a loyal client base through exceptional customer service, personalized attention, and consistent, high-quality work.
