Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  1. Lead and manage a team of NetSuite consultants and technical resources, providing coaching, performance feedback, career development, and capacity planning to ensure a high-performing practice.

  17. Recruit, interview, and onboard NetSuite consultants, developers, and functional analysts; set hiring priorities and maintain a recruiting pipeline aligned to backlog.
