Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Monitor 24/7 network infrastructure using enterprise monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog, Splunk, PRTG) to detect outages, performance degradation, or security anomalies, and escalate or remediate per runbooks and SLAs.

- Maintain load balancers and application delivery controllers (F5, Citrix ADC), including health checks, pool configuration, SSL offloading, and troubleshooting application connectivity or session issues.

- Support cloud networking tasks for hybrid environments (AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Network, GCP), including routing, peering, transit gateways, security groups and troubleshooting interconnectivity issues.
- Monitor and enforce Quality of Service (QoS) policies across WAN and LAN to prioritize voice, video, and critical business applications and optimize user experience.
- Participate in architecture and project teams to provide operational perspective for new network deployments, migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
Secondary Functions
