Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of New Home Sales Consultants, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve or exceed company-defined sales targets and revenue forecasts.
  • Conduct regular field visits to communities, providing on-the-spot coaching, performance feedback, and support to the sales team.
  • Oversee and manage the division's sales performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales pace, and cancellation rates.
  • Establish and manage sales territories, quotas, and goals for individual sales consultants and communities.
  • Lead weekly sales meetings to review performance, discuss market trends, share best practices, and roll out new training or marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all sales team members are proficient in the company's sales process, CRM software, and contract documentation.
  • Personally engage in the resolution of complex customer issues or negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and protect the company's interests.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies, advertising campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Manage and maintain the presentation and operational readiness of all model homes and sales centers to ensure they meet brand standards.

  • Foster strong relationships with the construction and design teams to ensure clear communication and a smooth home-building process for buyers.
  • Champion an exceptional customer experience from the first point of contact through to closing and beyond, monitoring customer satisfaction scores (e.g., NPS).
