Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of New Home Sales Consultants, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve or exceed company-defined sales targets and revenue forecasts.
- Conduct regular field visits to communities, providing on-the-spot coaching, performance feedback, and support to the sales team.
- Oversee and manage the division's sales performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales pace, and cancellation rates.
- Establish and manage sales territories, quotas, and goals for individual sales consultants and communities.
