Primary Functions

  • Perform scheduled and ad-hoc cleaning, sanitization, and janitorial duties across production, retail, and common areas to maintain compliance with health and safety standards and prepare spaces for daytime staff and customers.
  • Complete nightly maintenance tasks such as changing light fixtures, clearing drains, adjusting HVAC settings, and performing preventive checks on critical equipment to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Log, document, and communicate all incidents, maintenance activities, and inventory discrepancies in the appropriate systems and handover notes to ensure continuity between overnight and daytime teams.
  • Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems as part of routine security surveillance, identifying suspicious activity and coordinating with security supervisors and authorities when necessary.
  • Pack and stage outbound shipments, prepare courier pickups, and coordinate with logistics partners to maintain tight shipping windows and meet SLA requirements for next-day delivery.
