Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Design, implement, and manage program activities and schedules to achieve clearly defined objectives, align with organizational strategy, and meet funder deliverables; coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely execution.
- Develop and maintain program documentation including logic models, program plans, SOPs, and outreach materials that articulate goals, inputs, outputs, outcomes, and impact measurement strategies.

- Prepare compelling and timely grant reports, narrative updates, and supporting data visualizations for funders and leadership that document progress, challenges, lessons learned, and next steps.
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate program staff, interns, and volunteers: assign tasks, set performance expectations, deliver training, and conduct regular check-ins to maintain a high-functioning program team.
- Plan and coordinate program events, workshops, trainings, and community meetings; manage logistics including venue, materials, registration, accessibility accommodations, and post-event evaluation.
- Ensure program compliance with legal, regulatory, and funder requirements including data privacy policies (HIPAA as applicable), background checks, safeguarding policies, and contractual obligations.
- Facilitate continuous quality improvement by implementing feedback loops, collecting stakeholder and participant feedback, conducting root-cause analysis, and leading process improvement initiatives.
