Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Collaborate with Program Managers to support the day-to-day coordination and administration of ongoing community programs and initiatives.
- Assist in the planning, logistics, and on-site execution of programmatic events, workshops, and community meetings, including venue setup, material preparation, and attendee management.
- Conduct outreach to community partners, stakeholders, and potential program participants through email, phone calls, and in-person networking to build relationships and increase program enrollment.
- Develop and distribute promotional materials, including flyers, email newsletters, and social media content, to raise awareness of upcoming programs and services.
- Support the participant intake and registration process, ensuring accurate and confidential collection of demographic and contact information.
- Engage directly with program participants to provide information, answer questions, and create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Assist in the collection of program data, including attendance records, pre/post-surveys, and qualitative feedback, to support monitoring and evaluation efforts.
